Custom Items: Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
Because every sign is a custom item made specifically to your design and requirements, please note that our products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Unlike standard off-the-shelf goods, we cannot accept returns simply due to a change of mind once production has started.
However, we are happy to resolve any matters. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive your item and it is broken, damaged, not working, or if you have any other issues, just contact us immediately at quote@starlitsign.com. We will look into the issue and try to resolve it at the earliest convenience possible.
Order Confirmation & Production
Before your custom sign goes into production, we’ll confirm your design and order details. Please review everything carefully and let us know immediately if any changes are needed. Once approved, your order may proceed to production, and subsequent modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
Cancellations (Before Production)
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We allow cancellations only if your sign has not yet entered the production phase. Once your item enters production, we cannot cancel or refund the order as the customization process has begun.
Damaged Deliveries & Right to Reject
If your sign arrives damaged, you have the right to a resolution under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please follow these steps:
- Notify both the delivery carrier and Startlit Sign within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage, including the exterior and interior packaging, to help us verify the issue.
⚠️ Note: While we offer a 48-hour reporting window to expedite a resolution, please be assured that your statutory rights are not affected. However, reporting damage quickly helps us resolve your issue promptly.
Warranty & Faulty Goods
All custom signs from Startlit Sign come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults.
- If something goes wrong or stops working, please email us with clear images or videos showing the defect.
- We will arrange for a repair, replacement part, or full replacement at no additional cost to ensure you have a working product.
Shipping Errors & Missing Items
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives accurately and on time. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery but your item is missing:
- Contact us immediately at quote@starlitsign.com
- We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate and assist you through the process.
Natural Variations
Please note that slight differences in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the materials used. By placing an order with Volt Signs Ltd, you acknowledge these small differences as part of the custom signage experience.
